Get any of it wrong and the pattern goes flat or the color goes blotchy. We have been doing it for over three decades, and we do not hand it to a sub.
We walk your property, talk through patterns and color options, and show you what actually fits your home. Ashlar slate, seamless texture, wood plank, running bond brick, borders and banding to frame it out. You approve the look before anything gets poured.
Then we prep the base, set the forms, place the reinforcement, pour, stamp, cut control joints in the right places, and seal it. No shortcuts, no surprises, and no signing off until you are 100% satisfied.

How much does stamped concrete cost?
It depends on square footage, pattern complexity and site access. We give free, line-item estimates you can actually read, no mystery charges.
Is it slippery?
We add a non-slip additive to the sealer on any surface near water or on a slope. It stays grippy underfoot.
How long does it last?
Poured and sealed correctly, decades. Plan on resealing every two to three years to keep the color rich.
Can you stamp over my existing slab?
Sometimes, with an overlay, if the slab is structurally sound. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth it or whether a fresh pour is the better call.
